Slips for Sale or Rent

Of the 63 slips, here is a listing of those that are currently available for seasonal rental or sale. All Finger Piers are 40 feet in length and depending on slip location, can accommodate boats up to 60 feet in LOA. You can use the contact information below to find out more about rental/sale pricing for each listing.

Slips numbered 1 through 27 are on the Muskegon Lake, Beach side of the marina.
Slips numbered 28 through 63 are on the Driveway side of the marina.

Odd numbered slips are starboard tie and even are port, all slips are bow in only.

Boat Size Limits – No slips shall be occupied by a boat in excess of the following size limits:

Maximum Length-Over-All         ** Includes: Swim platforms, bow pulpits, or any other fore/aft extension**

LOA 45 feet or less:   Slips #1 – #10 & #46 – #59
LOA 48 feet or less:   Slips #60 & #61
LOA 50 feet or less:   Slips #11 – #43
LOA 60 feet or less:   Slips #62 – #63
